XAG Designs, previously known as Suzuki Designs, is a boutique Architecture and Planning Firm with a rich history. Established in 2008 by Andy Suzuki, the firm underwent a transition when Denise joined in the same year and assumed leadership in 2019.
We specialize in crafting residences that blend timeless design with modern comfort. With a focus on attention to detail and personalized service, we aim to create spaces that inspire, exceed expectations and where every home is a masterpiece. DENISE XAGORARAKIS
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Denise holds a California Architects license and NCARB-certified with expertise spanning more than 25 years in Southern California. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, recognizing that every project is both unique and deeply personal. By fostering open communication with clients and consultants, she ensures that each design authentically reflects her client's vision, preferences and lifestyle.

JEAN PAUL DE GUZMAN
JOB CAPTAIN
Jean Paul earned his BArch from Woodbury University. He specializes in residential design with a strong focus in custom Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) throughout Southern California. Blending technical expertise with creative vision, Jean Paul designs spaces that are both functional and refined.

Known for his ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, he excels at balancing efficiency with attention to detail - ensuring every project is unique, thoughtful, and well-executed.
YICHEN NIU
DESIGNER
Yichen is an architecture and urban design graduate from UCLA and passionate about architecture and design. Experienced in exhibition design, she is now diving into the realm of residential design to explore and cater to the uniqueness of each project. She is skilled in 3D modeling and rendering. Yichen is fluent in English and Mandarin.
